OBM Asia provides 3PL services to our clients from our logistics department based in Hong Kong.

A third-party logistics provider (abbreviated 3PL) provides outsourced or "third party" logistics services to companies for part, or sometimes all of their supply chain management functions. 3PL providers typically specialize in integrated warehousing and transportation services that can be scaled and customized to customer’s needs based on market conditions and the demands and delivery service requirements for their products and materials.

OBM Asia provides the services of a 3PL facility, performing activities such as pick and pack, warehousing and distribution. This service offers our customers potential savings in labour and handling costs that would otherwise be payable in Australia.

As part of the 3PL operation we offer our customers both local and international distribution services. We can receive product from suppliers in Hong Kong and China and other international origins, warehouse the products and then distribute them according to our customer’s requirements.

The WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a tailored software solution that gives businesses the ability to manage their stock inventories for the purpose of product distribution to customers or other third parties. The system is capable of receiving goods from various suppliers, comparing expected product quantities against actual arrivals and generating barcodes required to track every item.
